Where You Will Work:

AHWFB Outpatient Surgery is a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center featuring eight operating rooms and two procedure rooms, along with 32 beds dedicated to preparation, recovery, and post-anesthesia care. Our services include general surgery, otolaryngology, orthopedics, urology, and plastic surgery. In the OR, our RNs lead with compassion, providing top-tier care in an ambulatory setting where patients and families are always at the heart of everything we do.

 We’re Looking For:

Ambulatory Clinic:  BSN preferred. Two years of acute care experience required for clinics. Prefer acute care experience within the last 10 years. Ambulatory Surgical Center: Minimum of one-year Operating Room experience or participation in a post-graduate program required. Refresher course required for nurses who have not worked in an Operating Room for five years or more. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
