Registered Nurse (RN) - Invasive Cardiology Quality Coordinator (Part-Time)

These roles are responsible for overseeing various aspects of quality improvement and safety initiatives across multiple departments. This role will be a part time position in Invasive Cardiology supporting compliance with regulations, system improvements projects, data review and analysis, and charge reconciliation related to Cardiac Cath Lab & Electrophysiology Lab procedures.

Individual contributors with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Spends majority of time leading the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education (typically University).

Experienced individual contributor that has extensive area or subject matter expertise. Limited oversight from manager. Manages projects or processes. Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex. Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Graduate of an accredited program of clinical specialty; i.e. RN, Radiography, Pharmacy Social Work or Therapy Services. RN preferred.

Experience: 3 years of clinical quality or regulatory experience required; clinical quality or regulatory experience in transplant services preferred.

Licensure: Must hold current License of Specialty area. RN license preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Job requirements: Standing for prolonged periods, frequent bending/stooping and traveling, reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive); Repetitive motion - computer keyboard. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50 - 100lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, cold, dust, noise, radiation, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.

The starting base rate for this role is $12.77 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
