Where You Will Work:

Our 21‑bed Emergency Department provides fast‑paced, comprehensive emergency care for patients of all ages, treating a wide range of urgent and emergent conditions with an average daily volume of around 100 patients. Nurses maintain a 4:1 assignment, supported by nursing assistants at 10:1, with typical patient stays of 4–6 hours. We’re seeking nurses who can think quickly, work efficiently, and thrive in a highly collaborative, team‑focused environment. A strong sense of initiative, adaptability, and the ability to respond calmly under pressure are essential; experience is preferred, but motivated new graduates who want a challenge are welcome. Our ED is known for exceptional collaboration with providers, strong peer support, and a fun, energetic team culture—making it a great place to grow, learn, and build confidence in emergency care.

We’re Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursingRegistered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practicesBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart AssociationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.

What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
