What You’ll Do:

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patientsCollaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plansMonitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findingsEducate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recoveryMaintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferredBLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hireStrong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient careCompassionate, team-oriented mindset
