Registered Nurse Primary Care Clinic

We are hiring a Registered Nurse at our Primary Care clinic in Overland Park. **Job Duties:** In clinic setting, provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Responsible for 85% triage (including calling patients with lab and other test results, answering patient questions, doing patient education, occasionally scheduling patient appointments and doing prior authorizations) and 15% clinical care of patients (including but not limited to: Reading TB skin test results, and doing some medication injections). Delegates tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice. Subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, interpretation, and documentation of patient care and testing. Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times.
