**Job Description​** **Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care (Full-Time, Days)** **Location:** Shoal Creek | **Health System:** BJC/Saint Luke’s **The Opportunity** Join the clinical team at the BJC/Saint Luke’s Primary Care Clinic in Shoal Creek. We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver professional, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities** + **Clinical Coordination:** Manage patient flow, coordinate care, and perform telephone triage to assess patient needs. + **Emergency Response:** Schedule emergent appointments and enter admission orders as directed by providers. + **Patient Education:** Act as a subject matter expert by identifying learning needs for patients and families and providing clinical recommendations. + **Clinical Skills:** Administer medications, insert intravenous (IV) access, and manage expired samples. + **Leadership & Delegation:** Delegate tasks to clinical staff based on scope of practice and competencies; provide backup coverage for MA or LPN duties as needed. **What We’re Looking For** We seek self-driven, highly organized RNs who thrive in both autonomous and team-based settings.
