**Job Description​** **BJC/Saint Luke's Neurosurgery Clinic in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring a Registered Nurse to join Neurosurgery Team.** This role is accountable for the nursing process, supervising care staff, and coordinating care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes while adhering to all clinical policies. **Shift:** Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. No weekends or holidays. **Core Responsibilities by Setting** + **Virtual Care:** Remotely monitors patient vitals and trends using intelligent software. Partners with bedside staff to provide early detection of clinical changes and acts as a resource for the collaborative care team. + **Clinic:** Provides professional care including telephone triage, patient flow coordination, IV insertion, and medication administration. Serves as a subject matter expert for education and documentation. + **Community Hospital:** Manages patient stabilization, triage, and life support needs. Collects lab samples, performs testing per CLIA regulations, and assists with QAPI and accreditation standards. + **Population Health:** Acts as a patient advocate, coordinating multi-disciplinary care plans and assessing psychosocial/socioeconomic needs. **Job Requirements** Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various Bachelor's Degree - Nursing **Job Details** Full Time Day (United States of America) **_The best place to get care.
