At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range for this position is $37.50– $76.34, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses. 

Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery Full-time, 32 Hours per Week Day 7 am to 3:30 pm.  Every Other Weekend.  Methuen campus

Under the direction and leadership of the Nurse Manager, the RN is responsible for the delivery of patient care through knowledge of the nursing process and age-specific requirements, and by following departmental and hospital policy and procedure. The Registered Nurse must have excellent assessment skills, clinical skills, organizational skills, and computer knowledge and charge capabilities. The Registered Nurse must be able to lift, transfer and move patients. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively document care, delegate assignments, relay information, make referrals, and act as liaison between patients, physicians, other hospital disciplines, and community agencies.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Certification/ Licensure: Current nursing license in Massachusetts is required. BCLS required. Experience: Previous Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
