Registered Nurse - Hospice RN
**Job Description​** **Saint Luke's Hospice House is seeking a full-time Hospice Nurse. At Saint Luke’s Hospice House, you will provide end of life care and symptoms management to patients.** **Job Description** **Full-time, 3 12-hour shifts per week, night shift, rotating days and weekends (4 weekend shift in a 6-week period required)** **Provides direct nursing care to patients with terminal illness.** **Management and coordination of care to include both the patient and family.** **Completes initial assessment of physical, emotional, and spiritual status.** **Aggressive pain and symptom management, including frequent medication administration and adjustments.
