Overview We are seeking a Float Pool RN , sometimes referred to as a float nurse, flex nurse or pool nurse. Our Float Pool RN will work in our Critical Care, ICU and ER units, providing patient care across these two areas. The Float RN will need to adapt to the specific needs of the Critical Care areas of nursing, specifically ICU and Emergency Services. Current and valid state RN License.2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.4. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.5. Ventilator Management experience preferred.6.
