Cardiac Registered Nurse (RN) – Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Location: Lewisville, TX

Schedule: Full-Time, Days (No Nights, Weekends, Holidays, or On-Call)

You’ll work alongside cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, electrophysiologists, and a multidisciplinary care team to support patients with a wide range of cardiac and vascular conditions. What You’ll DoProvide high-quality nursing care to cardiac and vascular patients in a clinic settingUse critical thinking to assess, interpret, and respond to cardiac-related symptoms and urgent situationsSupport care for conditions such as heart failure, arrhythmias, valve disorders, hypertension, vascular disease, and post-cardiac eventsPerform and interpret cardiac and vascular diagnostic tests (ECG/EKG, Holter and event monitors, etc.)Review test results, assist with treatment planning, and educate patients and familiesParticipate in clinical trials and research initiatives as neededComplete thorough documentation, medical histories, and medication reconciliationPrepare patients for exams and procedures, maintain patient flow, and support daily clinic operationsMaintain compliance with safety, infection control, HIPAA, and ACC/AHA guidelinesProvide patient instruction, coordinate testing, and assist with admissions when necessaryQualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of cardiac/vascular RN experience in an acute care or cardiology clinic setting

Licensure & Certifications:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
