Job Requirements:
Experience with managing assessments, care planning, and discharge using clinical documentation guidelines Manage a staff of 8-10 employees Oversee clinical parameters, regulations and department standards Experience in a customer service setting with a focus on creating an extraordinary experience for your residents A high level of integrity A track record as a leader among your peers A passion for senior care Open and driven communication skills Willingness to contribute to our culture Excellent time management skills Availability on Weekends and Holidays - on callWhat you will get from us:
