The Forensic Nursing Home team supports care that is person oriented, respectful and engaging. Residents reside at Forensic Nursing Home for long term care, short term rehabilitative care and end of life care. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides experienced, professional nursing care to clients in a therapeutic environment. Assess the needs of clients, develops individualized nursing plans to meet those needs in coordination with the multi-disciplinary team, provides direct nursing interventions and/or delegates specific nursing tasks to appropriate staff and evaluates the effectiveness of the plan and the care provided. Future Registered Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-RN are encouraged to apply.
