We are looking for a Registered Nurse who can effectively manage a role of making sure our clients are initially assessed and evaluated every 6 months. This RN position will oversee the delivery of care and support services to our clients in their homes, ensuring compliance with individualized care plans and regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Quality Assurance Visits: Conduct in-home visits to monitor the quality of care provided, addressing any issues or concerns. * Client Assessment and Planning: Meet with new clients to assess their needs, develop individualized care plans, and ensure appropriate services are delivered. * Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, maintain accurate client and caregiver records, and address any complaints or service issues. **************************************************************************************************************************************************** Job Type: Part-time as needed (flexible hours) Salary: $38.00 per hour. Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Mileage reimbursement Schedule: * Mon thru Friday (please have open availability from 8a-8p) * Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week * Weekends as needed * Please have your own car with drivers license, active car insurance, & registration. Work Location: Hybrid (some office mostly in the field) Additional requirements include: * Active RN License required * Active Auto Insurance and Active Auto Registration * Pass drug test * Proof of a TB test taken within the last 6 months showing clear results * Must be able to pass background check
