Responsibilities
Applies the nursing process and critical thinking in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Performs patient assessments, plans and implements interventions, and evaluates outcomes.Administers medications and treatments per policies, standards of care, and state regulations.Maintains accurate and comprehensive documentation.Develops and executes individualized care plans.Provides patient and family education using available resources.Participates in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.Offers clinical guidance, resolves system issues, and escalates concerns appropriately.Promotes patient safety, quality care, and positive patient experiences.Engages in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice initiatives.Participates in peer review and feedback processes.Ensures timely patient flow, manages phone calls, and performs telephone triage (clinic/ambulatory settings)

Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care / Sub-Acute Unit
Location: Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center - Janesville, WI
Shift: Days and PM's ; Weekend and Holiday Rotation
Hours: 32 hours per week
Mercy Manor is a small hospital subacute facility with 28 beds and a great staff to patient ratio. We have a family atmosphere.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferredCurrent WI RN licensure by the WI DSPSApproved CPR/BLS certification within 90 days of hireBenefits include:
