Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Full Time: 40 Hours per week Monday - Friday
Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum with On-Target Earnings of up to £80,000

About the role:

Be an inspirational leader to our Team Leaders, Deputy Managers and RSW's by supporting the induction of staff, ongoing training, managing performance, allocation of duties and responsibilities, managing shifts, record keeping and reports, budgets, petty cash, staff deployment and day to day supervision and oversight of the staff and young peopleEnsure that records such as care plans, risk assessments and anti-bullying plans are updated and reviewedWork with the management team to ensure that we achieve and maintain an OFSTED rating of good or outstanding

What we require from a Registered Manager:

A minimum of 2 years experience in a management or supervisory role within the residential care sectorPrevious experience as a deputy manager, with at least 2 years in a role relevant to the residential care of childrenLevel 3 Diploma in Residential ChildcareWillingness to obtain a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 2 years (if not already held)Full UK driving licence is essentialProven ability to provide consistent care and support to children, including those who may display challenging behaviour.A flexible approach to working patterns, including covering shifts when neededPassionate, professional and highly adaptableCommitted to delivering exceptional outcomes for our childrenUnwavering honesty and integrity

This is an established provider of complex care in Yorkshire and surrounding areas. We really mean business when it comes to changing lives and we strive to change the way Children are looked after.
