Job Description This Dietitian is working at the top of their license They are responsible for visiting patients in hospital, home or treatment facility, to help patients how to use their feeding tube, how to flush tubes to maintain patency Most support and follow up is over the phone. This position handles a lot of back-end coordination of new referrals, and coordinating with outpatient doctors and dietitians. This position is unpredictable; no day is the same. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics. • within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Dietitian Certification OR Washington Nutritionist Certification. • Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration. • At least 1 year Hospital or home care experience. • Experience in enteral/parenteral nutrition. • Pediatric, adult and geriatric experience. • Development of nutrition related forms and policies and procedure • CNSC Cert • Infusion Experience
