Registered Behavioral Tech, RBT - Full-Time

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism and related disorders? Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where your expertise will support significant positive changes in the lives of clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in one-on-one sessions with clients, implementing personalized goals from treatment and behavior intervention plans. Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to monitor and report progress. Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to encourage positive behavioral changes. Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of client interactions. Stay informed on current research and advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Required Qualifications:

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent. Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions. Strong grasp of ABA principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Commitment to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Reliable transportation. Ability to clear state and federal background checks. Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active RBT credential. Experience in ABA therapy. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field. Current fingerprint clearance card. Valid CPR/First Aid certification. Previous experience working with children.
