Responsibilities The Regional Vice President is responsible for efficient and profitable management of Powerback Rehab Services operations. This position is also responsible for marketing Rehabilitation Services in the region. The Regional Vice President monitors the standards of clinical services being delivered and maintained in all programs. The scope of responsibility of the Regional Vice President is greater than that of the Clinical Operations Area Director, both in size and responsibility. 1. Oversees management of all area operations. 2. Reviews monthly department and individual therapist outcomes and supports the Clinical Operations Area Director in identifying strategies to improve outcomes as needed. 3. Assists Clinical Operations Area Director in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and providing clinical education to meet the needs of the patient. 4. Takes responsibility for the development and support of all staff in their Region to include rounding, second- tier rounding, coaching and mentoring. 5. Monitors the standard of clinical services being delivered and maintained in all sites and insures an ethical and compliant product is being delivered. 6. Reviews strategic plans with managers to achieve the goals of Powerback Rehab Services, and ensures that policies and procedures of the company are consistently followed. 7. Conducts Director of Rehab meetings on a regular basis to communicate, develop and remove barriers to patient care and increase customer satisfaction. 8. Assumes responsibility for marketing the services of Powerback Rehab Services within the assigned area. 9. Accepts responsibility for meeting budgetary goals for the assigned area. 10. Works with VPCS to strategically identify and meet clinical education needs, assure adherence to compliance, develop strategic programming for their Region. 11. Assures compliance (CI - Quality) in their Area. 12. Assumes responsibility for financial P-L for the assigned area. 13. Conducts marketing activity in order to generate new business. 14. Assumes responsibility for revenue generation and expense control. 15. Assumes responsibility for and participates in Regional corporate integrity investigations and quality audits in conjunction with the compliance department and other departments as necessary. 16. Develops and maintains relationships with customers and payers. 17. Ensures appropriate levels of staff to meet patient and customer needs. Ensures that customer expectations are being met and monitors satisfaction levels; works with Clinical Operations Area Director to create monthly reports for customers and schedules quarterly in-person meetings. 18. Approves staffing levels and the use of purchased services. 19. Assures new contracts are initiated according to GRS standards. 20. Participates in senior management meetings. 21. Provides orientation, coaching and mentoring to new Clinical Operations Area Directors. 22. Ensures and participates in orientation to new Directors of Rehab. 23. Oversees regional functions (ex., recruitment) at request of the Divisional Vice President. 24. Ensures that there is a quality orientation process for new rehab staff. 25. Provides oversight of the operations of student placements. 26. Assumes responsibility as Account Manager for assigned contracts and chains. 27. Upholds the Powerback Promises: 28. Qualifications * The Regional Vice President must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline or related field, along with a minimum of five years experience in rehabilitation, two of which have been in management and administrative. Posted Salary Range USD $150,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Hr.
