Regional Vice President
Regional Vice President Job Description: You’ve closed complex deals. You’ve led high-performing teams. You’ve repeatedly met and exceeded quota. Now what? You will have a front row seat to influencing the success of our company. Our software makes life easier for small to midsized businesses, and you will be the trusted advisor partnering with prospects and leading a team of Account Executives to do so. You’ll do this by building pipeline discipline, managing the sales process with customers, and coaching your team to deliver consistent results. This is a hybrid role – 3 days per week in our Toronto office. First 90 days: With one-on-one support from your leader, you’ll learn the Sage landscape, have virtual training on our products and shadow your fellow teammates. You will build relationships with your team, start to manage forecasts and coach on deal execution, while also engaging directly with prospects and customers as an executive sponsor. Minimum qualifications: • 3+ years of people leadership experience in sales, including recruiting, developing, and managing Account Executives • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in enterprise software • Experience selling ERP, accounting, or finance solutions to C-level executives • Proven success managing and closing complex sales-cycles • Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline using Salesforce or similar CRM Key Responsibilities: In this role you will: • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. • Drive disciplined pipeline generation and management to deliver consistent and predictable performance. • Partner closely with SDRs, marketing, and solution consultants to accelerate sales cycles. • Support Account Executives in customer meetings, negotiations, and executive-level presentations. • Provide accurate forecasting across all opportunities aligned to Sage Intacct’s sales model and definitions. • Act as an executive sponsor with prospects and customers to cultivate long-term, trusted relationships. • Demonstrate genuine care for customers by ensuring solutions create real business value, not just quick wins. • Apply deep knowledge of business, pipeline management, and CRM processes (Salesforce) to drive results. • Build and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across your team.
