Regional Specialist - Blood Disorders - Accredo - Remote
**Regional Specialist (Blood Disorders) Accredo- AK, CA, HI, ID, NV, OR, WA** Join our team as a Regional Specialist supporting Blood Disorders, where your work directly impacts patients navigating complex and often life‑changing therapies. In this role, you will partner closely with prescribers, hospitals, and community stakeholders to strengthen referral pathways, improve access, and support patient‑centered care. By combining relationship‑driven engagement with data‑informed insights, you will help drive sustainable growth while advancing meaningful clinical outcomes. **Responsibilities** + Serve as the primary regional contact for physician offices, hospitals, referral sources, manufacturing partners, and community stakeholders within the assigned territory. + Support prescriber offices by providing education, operational resources, and guidance that improve referral efficiency and patient access to therapy. + Achieve quarterly and annual admit targets through consistent engagement, opportunity identification, and proactive territory management. + Conduct regular in‑person and virtual interactions to build strong, trusted relationships with prescribers and care teams. + Partner cross‑functionally with Account Directors, Payer Teams, Operations, Patient Access, and clinical teams to align on solutions that support both business objectives and patient outcomes. + Collaborate with 340B Account Directors to support pull‑through efforts and strengthen overall account partnerships. + Leverage analytics tools, including Salesforce, MAP, and Tableau, to evaluate territory trends, identify growth opportunities, and maintain measurable engagement across priority accounts. + Support community engagement initiatives and participate in blood disorder–focused events within the region. + Promote approved educational and marketing materials to ensure consistent, aligned messaging across assigned accounts. **Required Qualifications** + Relevant experience supporting provider‑facing roles such as account management, sales, or healthcare operations. + Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with prescribers, clinical partners, or patient support environments. + Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. + Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable territory strategies. + Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. + Ability to travel regionally as required to support business needs. **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required). + Experience working with referral‑driven care models or complex therapeutic environments. + Bilingual English/Spanish skills to support communication with prescriber offices and patient communities. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
