This is a remote position, however, preference will be given to candidates residing in or near one of the following Southeast Region cities: Atlanta, Birmingham, Boca Raton, Charlotte, Hermitage, Jacksonville, Lake Mary, Louisville, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, Raleigh, or Tampa.

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Security Manager to oversee one of four regions in our organization. The successful candidate will conduct security investigations, perform office site assessments, and promote a culture of safety and security awareness throughout our organization. You will join a team of innovative, experienced individuals passionate who are passionate about their work.
Work you’ll doAs Southeast Regional Security Manager, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into various incidents, conducting office safety assessments, and collaborating withstakeholders to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards. This role requires aproactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage security incidents and fostera culture of safety within the organization.
We seek candidates with corporate investigative expertise, strong analytical and riskassessment skills, excellent coordination and communication abilities, relevant securitycertifications, and high integrity and professionalism.
In this role, you will:Conduct Investigations: Lead and manage investigations into security and safety-relatedincidents, including workplace violence, theft, vandalism, and other breaches of security. Gatherand analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare detailed reports on findings.
Stakeholder Collaboration (Internal and External): Work closely with internal stakeholders,including Talent, Legal, and Technology teams, to address security concerns and recommendcorrective actions, serving as a subject matter expert. Maintain open lines of communication toensure a coordinated response to security incidents. Externally, establish and maintain strongrelationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement, security agencies, Big 4counterparts and other relevant professional organizations/associations.
Office Safety Assessments: Perform regular safety assessments of office locations to identifypotential security risks and vulnerabilities (based on Deloitte’s security standards). Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks/vulnerabilities to enhance the overall security environment.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all office locations comply with established securityprotocols and standards. Work with building landlords and local office staff to address security deficiencies and implement necessary improvements.
Executive Protection: When needed, provide executive and event security protection, ensuringthe safety and security of our leaders during travel, meetings, and external events.
Training and Awareness: Partnering with the Workforce Safety Awareness team, delivertraining programs to educate employees on security best practices and protocols. Promote aculture of security awareness throughout the organization.
Incident Response: Coordinate and manage the response to security incidents, includingemergency situations. Develop and maintain incident response plans and ensure that allrelevant personnel are trained and prepared to respond effectively.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investigations,assessments, and security incidents using the Ontic Systems Incident, Investigations, and CaseManagement software platform
Other: Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:US Citizenship requiredBachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Criminal Justice,Security Management or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in law enforcement or a related fieldExperience in a corporate security environment is desiredStrong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and threat analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle high-stress situationsProficient in the use of investigative databasesAbility to travel (estimated 35%) and work outside regular business hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, etc.Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion as it relates to sensitive mattersMaintain a professional demeanor and business-like appearance
