Regional Sales Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE         

The RSM is responsible for managing a territory and maximizing revenue for the company. Also, tasked with creating, developing, and executing sales strategies for the assigned region and generating accurate and realistic sales forecasts.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Manage, develop and grow strategic prospects and existing customer relationshipsIdentify, qualify and quantify all opportunities within an assigned accountsDevelop and deliver accurate and technically correct sales presentations to potential customers.Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, developing the customer relationship at all levels, and implementing the account plansDeliver on set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS           

+5 years experience in the field of strategic account management & IT Security business development 

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS          

Bachelor's degree or higher in related field (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS)

PREFERRED SKILLS  

Strong communication skillsArabic (Native) & English (Fluent)Ability to pay strong attention to detailCustomer-oriented and a natural leaderStrong negotiation skills

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES         

Take care of your own safety and the safety of others as far as practicable.To be aware of, and play an active role in the achievement of Thales HSE policy & objectives.Comply with local HSE laws and legislation.To use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended.Lead by example and actively encourage departments to look at ways to conserve water & energy, minimize the generation of waste, and encourage recycling.Every one within Thales has the right to stop work if they believe that their activities may affect their health and safety or that of others. In this circumstance, such conditions must be reported immediately to their line manager and the HSE department.
