Regional Sales Manager
Salary Range: $78,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually Comfort Windows & Doors, a leading residential home improvement company, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance across multiple locations. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader with a strong background in home improvement, remodeling, or residential construction sales who knows how to build, coach, and motivate high-performing teams. Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales operations within an assigned region, ensuring revenue goals are met, sales teams are effectively trained, and company standards are consistently upheld. This role works closely with senior leadership to execute sales strategies, improve close rates, and support long-term growth. Key Responsibilities + Lead, coach, and develop sales managers and in-home sales representatives across the region + Drive regional sales performance to meet or exceed revenue, margin, and closing goals + Recruit, onboard, and train top sales talent with a focus on home improvement products and processes + Conduct sales meetings and performance reviews + Ensure sales teams follow Comfort’s sales systems, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards + Collaborate with marketing, operations, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience + Analyze market trends and competitive activity within the region + Address performance issues promptly and implement corrective action plans when needed Qualifications + 5+ years of sales leadership experience in home improvement, remodeling, windows/doors, roofing, siding, or related residential construction industries + Proven experience managing multi-location or regional sales teams + Strong understanding of in-home sales models and lead-driven sales environments + Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial / supervisory role for a construction-related company + Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals + Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills + Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region + Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools Preferred Experience + Residential or exterior remodeling sales experience + Experience working in a high-volume, performance-driven sales organization + Background in commission-based sales environments Along with a competitive hourly pay rate, Comfort Windows & Doors offers a complete benefit package including health, dental, and vision coverage; 401K plan with a generous company match; a free $10K life insurance policy; considerable number of paid holidays, vacation, and sick time; career advancement opportunities.
