Regional Sales Manager - South
Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with over 1000 firms as business partners and circa 3000 advisors working alongside us.
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the PRIMIS Sales Team in a role that supports the Regional Sales Director for the Southern region. The midlands team have oversight of some 200 partner Mortgage and Protection advisory firms with around 500 writing advisors in total within the region.
The role is wide ranging and varied but will include:
Relationship managementAssisting in driving the sales result across Protection, Mortgage and GISupporting regionalised PRIMIS eventsWelcoming new firms into the regionTo maintain and enhance service levels with our valued partner firmsTo encourage growth in business, turnover and manpowerProvide ongoing support to both newly recruited firms and sellers into existing firmsSupport business development within the regionsEncourage and facilitate best practice within the regionAttend sales meetings / workshops / training sessions / Sales team meetings
What are we looking for in terms of skills and experience:
Previous exposure in a target driven environment within the Mortgage / Protection SectorExperience of successfully planning and implementing business development initiativesTechnical knowledge if the financial services products offeredPlanning and organisingTeam working and leadershipAbility to work on own initiativeDelivering resultsRelationship managementDelivering excellent customer service
The role is field based. We are specifically looking for the candidate to be living within the Southern region with a utupio of Brighton or Bracknell.
Base Salary to £42,000 DOE and negotiable with the opportunity to earn bonus.
The base salary stated includes the car allowance that is payable with this role.
