Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be a leader in a high-performance culture.

 

You will…

Work closely with the Region Manager to ensure that company sales goals are achievedManage sales activities and implements the organization’s overall strategy for multiple branches within the assigned regionProvide strategic focus and planning to develop and retain businessWork in the field managing, coaching and providing support to increase salesMonitor performance of the sales teams and branches and re-allocates resources to improve overall resultsMeet and exceeds sales targets through continuous growth of new accountsCoach branch managers and sales representatives on sales techniques, procedures and standards to help achieve sales targetsIdentify deficiencies, implements performance improvement plans and oversees progressWork closely with the division leadership team to ensure sales growth and the success of the branchesParticipate in recruitment, selection and the training of the sales staff within the regionEnsure implementation of company programs, initiatives and operational guidelinesParticipate in manager meetings and training programsMonitor regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s or equivalent work experienceAbility to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments3-5 years: sales management experience with a results-driven company3-5 years: P&L responsibility experience and an acute understanding of expense control strategies3-5 years: Demonstrated customer relations experience3-5 years: Proven ability to achieve profitable growth3-5 years: Mentoring, coaching, motivating and training

 

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.

Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacityLift and carry up to 50 lbs.Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
