You’ll get to: + Build real relationships: Meet regularly with clients and their employees, listen to their needs, and become their go-to person for all things health and benefits. + Be the connector: Gather insights from clients and employees, help solve tricky cases, and make sure everyone’s voice is heard. + Team up for success: Work closely with our Client Managers and Executives to deliver top-notch service. + Share what matters: Give engaging presentations—both online and in-person—about our plans and any relevant updates. + Represent and advocate: Stand up for our clients’ interests with local providers and our Network team, making sure their needs are met. + Spot what’s important: Flag sensitive cases to our expert teams in Madrid, Antwerp, and Nairobi. + Become the local expert: With your network and on-the-ground presence, you’ll know Austria inside out.
