You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. **Position Summary** : The Regional Procurement Leader is a key member of the GSM Procurement Operations team. This role manages and develops a regional procurement team, drives supply chain and business continuity, and executes sourcing strategies across the region. **Responsibilities and Requirements:** + Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional procurement team (3–4 members). + Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a culture based on SBD Values and Strategic Capabilities. + Promote procurement operations themes and continuous improvement. **Business Continuity** + Oversee supplier performance to ensure on-time and in-full delivery targets are consistently met or exceeded. + Develop and implement action plans to address delivery issues, driving supplier performance improvements using best-in-class problem-solving methodologies and tools. + Lead Plant Procurement Tier-1 meetings in accordance with playbooks and SOPs. + Mitigate operational risks in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing teams **Sourcing Strategy Execution** + Lead and drive sourcing execution aligned with the Lead Category Manager, including project management of sourcing projects (such as transfers, resourcing, ECN, and other qualification projects). + Optimize supply chain minimum order quantities (MOQs) and lead times to enable inventory optimization. + Serve as a conduit to the LCM team for regional operational requirements. Represent the voice of the business in category strategy discussions and influence category strategy to address regional plant and business needs. **Supplier Relationship Management** + Implement best practices in Supplier Relationship Management locally. + Position SBD as a preferred customer. + Develop and execute Supplier Operational Review Plans (SOR). **Stakeholder Management** + Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Plant Operations, Supply Chain, and Planning teams. + Represent procurement in regional and global forums as required. **The Details:** You’ll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan. **And More:** We want our company to be a place you’ll want to be – and stay.
