The Sub-Regional Project Manager role will be responsible for leading a construction project management program and team across the EMEA sub-region, ensuring achievement of strategic business objectives. The role involves managing complex, high-risk projects with budgets ranging from $250K to $15M, and requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.As a Subregional Project Manager, you'll spearhead a dynamic construction project management program for one of our global infrastructure clients, navigating high-stakes projects from concept to completion.

+ Conduct regular site visits, ensuring work is conducted in a safe, compliant, and workmanlike manner.
+ Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance management for your team.

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study.
+ Minimum eight years of related experience.
+ Prior supervisory experience is required.
+ Experience in the oil and gas or similar industry is preferred.
+ Fluent in English & Dutch, French optional.
+ Project Management accreditation - APMP (UK) and/or PRINCE 2 preferred.
