## About the Role
The LatAm Strategy & Planning team is a trusted partner that helps shape and accelerate growth decisions across Latin America. As part of our Strategic Initiatives work, this role will lead a third-party collaboration project—a critical P1 priority designed to unlock shared revenue growth and operational synergies.
In this role, you will act as the primary advocate for delivery and execution, navigating a complex, cross-functional environment to ensure the partnership launches successfully, scales effectively, and delivers meaningful impact over time.
## What You’ll Do
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead collaboration across Tech, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure milestones are delivered on time and technical dependencies are resolved.
Performance Analysis
- Regularly analyze third-party partnership performance, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to strengthen the collaboration’s strategic pillars.
Governance & Reporting
- Own a rigorous tracking and reporting process, providing clear updates to regional leadership on progress, risks, and impact against 2026 goals.
Revenue Growth Ownership
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the third-party partnership on the Uber platform, with a focus on driving revenue through CRM incentives and targeted campaigns.
Strategic Campaign Execution
- Use technical tools to launch and optimize growth initiatives, including managing user cohorts, deploying incentives, and improving campaign performance.
## What You'll Need
## Basic Qualifications
- Experience: at least 5 years in Strategy, Operations, or Project Management within high-growth tech companies or consulting environments.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with strong ownership, tracking, and accountability.
- Analytical Skills: Comfort performing deep-dive analyses on partner performance and translating insights into actionable growth recommendations.
- Stakeholder Influence: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Tech, Finance, Marketing, and Product, even without direct authority.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Execution: Experience executing growth initiatives such as cohort management, database segmentation, and large-scale incentive or CRM campaigns.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with hands-on, day-to-day execution.
- Regional Experience: Familiarity with Latin American markets, including consumer behavior and competitive dynamics.
