**Job Summary:**
+ Responsible for the planning, delivery and close out of key, reactive and operationally impacting Client tactical requests, ensuring compliance and reducing operation risk
+ Working in partnership with the Service Manager team, provide governance and strategic oversight, ensuring a coordinated control of Risk and Compliance.
+ Responsibilities:
+ Provide operational capacity to react to unforeseen tactical operational issues, reducing risk and ensuring compliance (e.g. small / tactical operational projects such as ‘mirrors’, ‘toilets’, etc)
+ Be the primary strategic and operational support point for the Business Unit Leader.
+ Oversee operational activity in relation to key tactical operations requests across the contract.
+ Oversee and fulfil all associated client reporting activities.
+ Responsible for ensuring the team work to a transparent set of shared objectives.
+ Provide subject matter advice and guidance to ensure the best delivery solution is delivered to the Client, including innovative and practical solutions
+ Lead annual programmes, such as procurement and asset verifications in conjunction with key SLT members.
+ Drive continuous improvement through leading tactical project delivery reviews.
+ Drive superior account performance to support the client business and contractual objectives.
+ Develop short and long term objectives to enhance service delivery levels, measure, deliver and report against these.
+ Ensure full contract compliance on operational, risk, and compliance matters.
+ Measure the contract’s performance against agreed targets and scorecard compliance.
+ Lead by example in all supply partner relationships, ensuring all team members are managing and partnering with vendors professionally and efficiently, building best in class relationships.
+ Support supply partner management by leading any Hypercare requirement and Value for Money reconciliations.
+ Ensure CBRE’s technology platform is optimised to support the client’s operational needs and commercial value.
+ In partnership with Service Managers and the wider Operational team, ensure all account Playbooks are evergreen and meeting the needs of the account.
**Person Specification:**
+ The ability to work at pace, dynamically, whilst focusing on core deliverables, with regular re-prioritisation and an ability to deliver under pressure.
+ Experience working in retail real estate or a facilities management company
+ Procurement / vendor management experience is required
+ Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and stakeholder groups
+ Experience in the areas of H&S and Energy Management an advantage
+ Experience in delivering large scale change programmes an advantage
+ Skills should include organisational development, people management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning
+ Ability to lead and support a dynamic leadership team
