The Regional On Premise Manager is responsible for the On Premise channel sales volume and brand development in the assigned region by leading the musketeers in an effective way, and by managing and optimizing the available resources, in order to achieve Business Plan objectives. The ROPM trains and coaches their team to develop the Musketeers/Festival and Event Specialist to be a highly productive, effective high performing team. Also, the ROPM has the overall responsibility to drive a profitable growth through engaging Distribution Partners, direct customers and ensuring efficient route to market solutions.
