You oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects led by a team of project managers. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met. You may also manage some project(s).

How you will contribute

You will:

Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program deliveryOwn project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go liveIdentify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessaryDrive consistency and quality in project execution using the appropriate methodologyCommunicate program-level reporting and status updatesDevelop the resources on your team. You will also coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization

About the Role:

This role will also be accountable for all MSC Specific Mondelez Owned / Leased devices used in plants and Mondelez Managed CS&L facilities in your region that are connect to the Corporate Network except for standard laptops, PCs and Office printers that are provisioned and managed by the MDS OSS teams.

 

How you will contribute

You will:

Participate in regional budgeting process and ensures adequate funds are available to achieve and maintain required security posture and levels of availability.Manage day-to-day operations of infrastructure services related to Handheld Devices and Handheld devices within stipulated SLAs.Ensure compliance with MDS standards and requirements for all MSC Handheld devices within your region.Manage 3rd Party Providers. Oversight ensuring any internal or 3rd party resources understands and adheres to standards.Own execution responsibility of global cyber security and digital initiatives. Local Digital Champion who supports the adoption of MTI work processes and solutions, in collaboration with MDS MTI and CS&L teams.Act as escalation point for Handheld computing or cyber security issues relating to these devices and systems.Escalation to regional Infrastructure towers and Global Information Security Leads of desired exceptions or improvement ideas.Drive cultural change management to embrace cyber security policy/standards.Own the business continuity plan including disaster recovery for systems and devices in your scope.Assist in defining the future state for in scope hardware at all MDLZ plants, MDLZ managed warehouses & distribution centers.Assist in creating and then maintaining standards for hardware, software, security, support, OSS for all MSC Specific devices for your region.Develop and execute regional roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders to move towards compliance to these standards against agreed timelines.

Chain Processes and ITS Solution experienceExperience with supply chain strategy and ability to translate Business needs to make it come to life with actionable plans on Supply Chain (Plants and Warehouse).Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).Proven Influencer from shop floor to Site Managers, and ability to work collaboratively with regional and global cross functional teams.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment and able to engage vendors for solving the problem or driving projects.Proven ability to collaborate and deliver stretching goals cross functionally.  Can-do attitude to find ways to break down barriers. Motivated by challenges and a robust sense of curiosity (Learning Agility).Ability to work independently (self-motivated and driven) and complete projects within required timeframes.
