Our client, located near New Brighton, MN is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to join their growing production team. **Job Title: Regional Manager** **Location: New Brighton, MN** **Pay Rate Range: $85,000 - $90,000** **Shift: 1st** **What’s the Job?** + Provide excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build and maintain relationships + Driving to critical number expectation of 100% occupancy rate at all properties + Maintaining 95% staffing levels with “A Players” at all parks + Maintaining profitability at all locations - work to a P&L - develop an “owner” mindset + Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines **What’s Needed?** + Regular travel throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin weekly + 5+ years of proven excellent customer service experience through various methods - in person (verbally), over the phone (written), etc + 5+ years of mobile home property management experience (Minnesota experience preferred) + 5+ years of experience managing a successful team + 2+ years of experience in a multisite leadership role, such as Area Manager, Regional Manager, or District Manager **What’s in it for me?** + Medical, dental, vision + 401K with company match + Ongoing training and internal growth opportunities If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
