This truly is a place where we all share a challenger mindset which drives our success. **What You Will Do** - JOB SUMMARY The Regional Lead Engineer III is a senior technical expert responsible for the delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of endpoint, digital workplace, and application support services within a defined region. This advanced technical role focuses on hands-on engineering, problem resolution, and technical guidance, ensuring services meet enterprise standards, ITIL processes, and security requirements. The role reports directly to IT Service Delivery & Governance Manager and collaborates closely with regional and global IT teams, vendors, and service delivery partners to maintain operational excellence and deliver a high-quality end-user experience. - WHAT YOU WILL DO EUC Engineering + Provide advanced engineering support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across the region. + Administer and support endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager, JAMF, ensuring compliance with security and configuration standards. + Support Microsoft 365 (O365) services, including collaboration tools, identity management, and productivity applications. + Act as a senior escalation point for complex endpoint, and application-related issues. + Support / manage video conference solutions. + Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact technical incidents to ensure service reliability and operational stability. Application & Regional Support + Provide technical support and guidance for regional applications, coordinating with application owners and global teams. + Perform root cause analysis and participate in problem management activities to reduce recurring incidents. + Implement and validate complex solutions across endpoints and applications. ITIL Process Execution + Execute incident, request, problem, and change management activities in alignment with ITIL best practices. + Ensure adherence to approved workflows, standard operating procedures, and service management processes. + Identify operational improvements and propose technical solutions to enhance service delivery. Asset & Lifecycle Management + Support endpoint asset lifecycle activities, including device provisioning, refresh execution, decommissioning, and inventory accuracy. + Ensure adherence to approved hardware standards, lifecycle policies, and compliance requirements. + Collaborate with procurement, finance, and vendors to support asset tracking and refresh operations. Collaboration & Technical Guidance + Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure consistent technical delivery, knowledge sharing, and alignment with enterprise standards. + Provide technical expertise and guidance to peers, Service Desk teams, and other stakeholders for complex issues. + Support regional execution of global IT initiatives, such as operating system upgrades, security enhancements, and technology deployments. **Qualifications** - REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education (Required) + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in enterprise IT support and engineering.
