OverviewThe IT Regional Manager will be a high energy, strategic, agile, business savvy leader who will be responsible for the technology operations across various hotel properties. The individual will act as an enabler of technology services for various hotels within the Davidson Hospitality Group (DHG) portfolio.
QualificationsThe IT Regional Manager will be an innovative, passionate, and dynamic leader, excellent communicator and collaborator. She/he must be able to effectively manage technology services in a multi-unit complex environment.
Prefer 7+ years’ technology experience in fast paced, multi-location business models. Solid understanding of hospitality technology is highly preferred. Able to operate in a dynamic, fluid organization, able to adjust to changing priorities. Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to manage multiple projects. Solid problem-solving skills able to navigate complex challenges. Self-starter with a passion to deliver solid results. High degree of knowledge of project budgets in hospitality related environments. A solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts. Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment. A heightened sense of urgency given the nature of the hospitality business. Good conceptual understanding of the operations of a full-service hotel. Collaborative nature with a clear focus to always do what is right. Willingness and passion to learn new concepts. Participate in development of long-range planning for new projects and facilities. In-depth technical knowledge of current hardware. In-depth technical understanding and able to be hands on as required. Solid knowledge of networking technologies. Ability to travel as required (estimated 25-40%)
Bachelor’s Degree and/or technical degree(s) preferred. Technology related certifications will be a plus.
