We are seeking an entrepreneurial Regional General Manager to lead, scale, and grow our Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for a proven operator who wants to build—not flip—a business. Someone who values ownership, teamwork, camaraderie, and culture, while still driving performance and accountability.
This is not a maintenance role or a short-term turnaround. This role is for a builder who wants true ownership, long-term impact, and the opportunity to grow a market within a stable, values-driven organization.

What You’ll Do:
Market & Growth LeadershipOwn the DFW regional P&L, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational disciplineDevelop and execute market-specific strategies to increase brand presence and customer demandIdentify new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and market penetrationSupport new location launches and acquisition integration
Operational ExcellenceEnsure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all locationsEstablish and enforce operational standards, KPIs, and best practicesAnalyze performance data and implement corrective actions quicklyDrive efficiency through process improvement, technology adoption, and talent optimization
People & LeadershipBuild, mentor, and develop high-performing General Managers and department leadersCreate bench strength and succession plans across the regionAttract, hire, and retain top leadership and operational talentLead with accountability while fostering engagement, ownership, and a performance-driven culture
Cross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Marketing on local brand awareness and customer acquisition strategiesCollaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales to align staffing, budgeting, and growth initiativesServe as a key voice for the DFW market within the executive leadership team
What We’re Looking For:Proven multi-location operator with strong P&L ownership experienceWell-established in the DFW market with local knowledge, relationships, and credibilityEntrepreneurial mindset—you think like an owner, not a caretakerData-driven, decisive, and comfortable leading through changeStrong people leader with a track record of building and holding leaders accountableExperience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electric) or a similar multi-trade environmentDemonstrated success growing market share or leading operational scale-ups/turnaroundsStrong financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibilityValid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
