Regional Fuel Sales Manager

About the Role
Are you a high-energy, goal-oriented sales professional with a passion for B2B client acquisition and relationship management? Circle K is looking for a Regional Fuel Sales Manager to join our U.S. B2B team based in Orlando, FL. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in commercial fleet sales—hunting for new business, nurturing key relationships, and closing deals with medium and large-scale light duty fleets.

You will manage a territory portfolio, develop pipeline opportunities, and bring a strategic, consultative approach to selling Circle K’s fleet fuel programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces change, and is self-motivated with a proven track record of consistent quota performance in B2B sales. Experience with WEX fleet cards, digital fleet solutions, and 3rd party fleet management platforms is strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, approach, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with medium and large fleet accounts.Retain and grow key accounts by building partnership-based relationships and understanding client needs throughout the customer lifecycle.Deliver customer-centric solutions by aligning customer needs with Circle K’s commercial fleet value propositions.Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure operational requirements are met.Regularly engage in customer-facing activities, including multiple client meetings each week, while utilizing CRM tools (such as Salesforce) for planning, pipeline development, and activity tracking.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations, marketing, and internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience.Meet or exceed retention and sales targets through strategic account planning and a consultative sales approach.Prepare and submit regular forecast reports, market insights, and competitive activity updates.Maintain a strong understanding of internal systems, tools, and data to inform customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success in new client acquisition and territory management.Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas while selling against the competition.Strong prospecting and qualification skills with a hunter mindset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; capable of selling at all decision-making levels.Ability to work independently from a home office while maintaining high productivity and focus.Comfortable with regular travel by company vehicle within the assigned territory, with occasional air travel as neededMust pass a successful background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience using Salesforce CRM and managing sales pipelines.Familiarity with the fleet fuel industry or similar sectors.Experience with WEX fleet cards, digital fleet solutions, and 3rd party fleet management solutions.Previous coaching or team leadership experience a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).Team player who thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
