The Opportunity The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and execution of claims monitoring for a designated region of dealers. They will be responsible for driving the achievement of team targets to ensure alignment with Ally’s strategic initiatives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with matrix partners at the leadership level is essential to this role. The candidate will address challenges and eliminate obstacles to support team success, while also mentoring and developing team members to enhance team strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
