Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations for the Western Region within our corporate construction environment. This role will be responsible for managing month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple brands and business units. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in financial planning and analysis, P&L management, and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of construction industry dynamics and US GAAP compliance.
Responsibilities:
Lead month-end close processes for the Western Region in accordance with US GAAPDevelop and manage budgets and forecasts at both regional and brand levels, aligned with project timelines and operational goalsIdentify and evaluate financial risks, cost-saving opportunities, and key performance drivers across construction projectsPrepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policiesProvide financial insights during brand and project meetings, including ad hoc analysis to support operational decisionsAssist in the financial integration of newly acquired construction entities, including forecasting, P&L management, and budgetingOversee regional financial data and present actionable insights to the CFO and ControllerEssential Skills:
8+ years of experience in FP&A, P&L, and budgeting within a corporate or construction settingStrong proficiency in forecasting, financial reporting, and general ledger managementExperience in financial statement preparation and financial planning and analysisSolid understanding of US GAAP principles and construction accounting practicesFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., Viewpoint, Sage, Foundation, or similar)Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data setsAdditional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience in the construction or related manufacturing industryStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to travel regionally up to 25%Growth Opportunity:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57.69 - $72.12/hr.
