Regional Field Operations Manager - Commercial Real Estate Term Lending – Vice President

As a Regional Field Operations Manager within Commercial Term Lending, you will play a pivotal role in managing front office Client Specialists and promoting operational excellence.

 

You will oversee a team dedicated to providing financing solutions for Apartment, Industrial, Office, and Retail properties. Your leadership will ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the long-term success of our business.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a team of Client Specialists in the assigned regionOversee the loan process from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfactionUtilize business reporting and statistical data for staff evaluation and coachingDevelop and implement sales operations policies and procedures for efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional managers to enhance process qualityDrive continuous improvement initiatives within the teamEnsure compliance with industry regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Seven plus years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Mortgage LendingStrong communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skillsInitiative and ownership of projects and processesDecision-making and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in developing operational policiesAdaptability to a fast-paced business environmentWillingness to travel for business purposes

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor’s degreeAdvanced knowledge of Commercial Term Lending products and processesFamiliarity with business reporting toolsAbility to influence business process improvements
