**Job Title: Regional Facilities Specialist**
**Job Description**
As the Regional Facilities Specialist, you will oversee operations across multiple locations in the assigned region, establishing standardized processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will conduct regional facility inspections and coordinate repairs for property interiors and exteriors, including structural elements, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting infrastructure.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee operations across multiple locations in the assigned region.
+ Establish standardized processes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Conduct regional facility inspections.
+ Coordinate repairs for property interiors and exteriors, including structural elements, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting infrastructure.
**Essential Skills**
+ Expertise in maintenance management and process improvement.
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Subject Matter Expert (SME) in troubleshooting facility issues.
+ Knowledge of Fire, Life, Safety (FLS), HVAC Systems, power generators, and facility electrical and plumbing systems.
+ Experience in preventative and reactive maintenance, maintenance supervision, and lean manufacturing.
+ Proficiency in preventive maintenance and safety protocols.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of program management experience.
+ 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
+ 5+ years of experience in general building repair and maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems.
+ Familiarity with building codes and safety compliance.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Robbinsville, NJ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
