Sanofi’s Regional Director for the West Region Community Relations and Education Managers (RD CoRe) works within our patient support services team and is expected to possess a high level of product, clinical and customer knowledge, be familiar with protocols and procedures, and possess an entrepreneurial drive and spirit to lead their teams in expanding, growing and owning their business. In this field-based director/leadership position, you will be responsible for successfully managing and leading a team of Community Relations and Education Managers who have responsibility for patient and caregiver education as they represent our Rare Blood Disorder therapies. Within the region, you will be called upon to lead and motivate your team to execute a national strategy, support key initiatives, develop and execute on regional plans and monitor performance. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.​ **Main Responsibilities:** + Develop effective business plans to execute brand strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans and are tailored to geography and customer context. + Coordinate all business activities and drive results within geographic area of responsibility. Ensure effective execution of Sanofi strategies and tactics within assigned geographic area. + Develop and execute strategic plans to drive disease state and product awareness in the rare blood disorder market. + Coordinate closely with cross functional leaders to foster teamwork and a high level of customer service and education. This coordination includes Sales, Thought Leader Liaisons, Managed Markets, Medical Affairs and Patient Services. + Develop expertise in relevant CRM tools. Ensure the compliant utilization of CRM tools by team and hold accountable for effective use. + Leverage expertise in clinical data, disease education, diagnostics, product information, presentation skills and market trends to drive team performance. + Recruit, hire, coordinate training and ensure engagement of Community Relations and Education Manager field team. + Manage the performance of the team by providing individual constructive feedback and coaching. Set clear direction, communicate, train, guide, inspire and hold accountable personnel in order to maximize team performance. Visit customers with field team personnel to ascertain effectiveness.
