Regional Contract Reporting Lead Job ID 225425 Posted 18-Jun-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Istanbul - Istanbul - Turkey **About the Role:** **Location : Şişli - İstanbul** The Regional Contract Reporting Lead is responsible for overseeing monthly reporting and governance at the country level while supporting regional reporting and performance analysis. This role ensures alignment with contractual KPIs, leads the local and regional FM team, and supports the client relationship through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities:** + Manage monthly country-level reporting and governance structures. + Engage with the client’s Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure operational alignment with contract KPIs. + Lead and manage the local Facilities Management (FM) team, ensuring high performance and adherence to CBRE standards. + Maintain accurate people records (e.g., new starters, leavers, staff changes). + Ensure QHSE documentation is maintained and accessible via company systems. + Promote and maintain CBRE’s culture and values across the local team. + Create regular and ad hoc reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders. + Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions. + Support client communication by responding to calls and emails professionally and promptly. + Prioritize and assess faults based on client input and coordinate with site teams and head office. + Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the contract scope and ensure compliance. + Identify and implement innovations to enhance contract performance. + Share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the region. + Understand and meet internal and external customer needs while optimizing contract performance. + Drive commercial performance through procurement improvements and preferred supplier usage. + Support regional management and client RSDM in preparing reports and maintaining accurate labor allocation data. + Ensure management reporting is accurate and timely. + Processes, Procedures & Compliance. + Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and ensure compliance with required standards. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and external agencies. + Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners. + Experience in Facilities Management, preferably within the financial sector. + Proven experience working across European and MEA regions. + Strong understanding of contract management, reporting, and governance. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including VLOOKUPs), PowerPoint, and Outlook. + Familiarity with CAFM systems and reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus. **Requirements** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Detail-oriented, methodical, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities. + Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence. + Promotes team spirit, collaboration, and a positive work environment. + Reliable, deadline-driven, and results-oriented. + Upholds CBRE’s values and promotes a culture of integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
