The Regional Beauty Manager leads with enthusiasm and drives success through People, Product expertise, and Event activation. This role inspires and develops Beauty teams by elevating service standards, strengthening product knowledge, and driving appointment‑based and trip‑driving behaviors. Acting as a trusted partner to Store Managers, DRMs, ASMs, and DMs, the RBM champions Nordstrom’s Beauty strategies through education, coaching, and vendor collaboration. As an extension of the National Beauty Director, the RBM also hosts large sale events and ensures consistent execution of Beauty initiatives while building a high‑performance culture rooted in Nordstrom’s core competencies
Day/Week in the Life — Regional Beauty Manager
Daily Focus
Partner with Store Managers, DRMs, and ASMs to improve trips, service, selling behaviors, and daily Beauty results.Support DMs by identifying Beauty Stylist top talent, coaching selling behaviors, and strengthening team performance.Deliver education and training as a Training Ambassador—supporting core and launch product education, approving vendor‑led trainings, and facilitating seasonal stylist and fragrance sessions.Conduct shoulder‑to‑shoulder coaching on the floor, reinforcing selling protocol, product knowledge, and digital selling tools.Work directly with vendors to secure product knowledge support, schools, and ongoing education needs.Weekly/Monthly Rhythm
