Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Develops comprehensive regulatory compliance strategies and programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Hires and directs the activities of teams responsible for regulatory compliance, ensuring understanding and adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as legal, compliance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of regulatory compliance efforts across the organization.
Organizes and facilitates regular work area audits and assessments to identify gaps in regulatory compliance, developing and implementing corrective actions and preventive measures to mitigate risks.
Manages relationships with regulatory authorities, responding to inquiries, audits, and inspections, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
Develops and delivers regulatory compliance training programs to employees, raising awareness of regulatory requirements and promoting a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Analyzes the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs) related to regulatory compliance, conducting regular reporting and presenting findings to senior management and regulatory authorities.
Directs activities to monitor and interpret regulatory changes and developments, assessing their impact on the organization's asset protection operations and implementing necessary adjustments.
Stays updated on industry-specific regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices in regulatory asset protection, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and risk management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Prior Relevant Work Experience:
7+ years in Asset Protection-
75% Metro NYC travel to 120 stores-
Essential Qualifications:
Certified Asset Protection Manager (CAMP) preferred.
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
