Regional ABS & ASC FP&A Leader Are you a strategic FP&A leader ready to shape Aon’s regional financial agenda across Asia Pacific? We are looking for a bold, commercially minded finance leader who can blend Technology and Corporate Real Estate finance expertise to drive smart investment decisions and high‑quality financial outcomes. What the day will look like As the Regional ABS & ASC FP&A Leader, you will own the end‑to‑end planning, forecasting and performance management agenda for a portfolio within ABS & ASC aligned functions across Asia Pacific, acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders. You will: Lead, develop and coach a regional ASC/ABS FP&A team, fostering subject matter expertise, best practice and high performance Manage 3‑year strategic plans, annual operating budgets and monthly forecasts, including regional consolidation and reporting to global and regional stakeholders Act as a key finance partner to APAC ASC & ABS leaders, the Asia Pacific Finance Director, Senior Global ABS Finance Director, APAC Regional CFO and COO, across both gross and allocated costs Oversee regional Capex forecasting and asset refresh/depreciation schedules in line with Aon cash management, Technology, Security and Real Estate strategies and technical accounting guidelines Prepare and present insightful variance analysis, financial models, dashboards and business case materials for evolving stakeholder needs Drive portfolio processes and business cases, delivering timely, meaningful financial insights that support strategic and in‑year financial and operational objectives Collaborate closely with country finance teams to secure accurate, timely and aligned submissions within Aon’s finance cycle and calendar Stay current on market best practices, technology advancements and ethical use of AI solutions (including Aon GPT & CoPilot), promoting continuous improvement and efficiency How this opportunity is different This is a highly visible, regional leadership role at the heart of Aon’s ABS & ASC finance agenda. You will: Directly influence strategic decisions by partnering with APAC and global leaders across Finance, Technology, Security and Real Estate Lead a geographically dispersed team, shaping best practice across the region in a centralized producer/consumer model Drive business value in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment, leveraging your cross-portfolio SME strengths and tailoring financial options to support better decision‑making Help embed innovative tools and AI‑enabled insights into the FP&A lifecycle, positioning Aon at the forefront of finance transformation Play a pivotal role in aligning regional performance with Aon United – ensuring global consistency while tailoring to APAC‑specific needs Skills and experience that will lead to success Proven finance leadership experience in a multinational or regional environment, ideally within a centralized shared services or producer/consumer model Strong FP&A background with advanced analytical, technical and problem‑solving skills; experience managing Technology finance (e.g. hosting, infrastructure, product, HW & SW asset management and capitalisation, analytics, outsourced vendor software/app development) Understanding of corporate real estate financing, including leasing models, and experience with capital planning and depreciation Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior leaders and driving results across remote, cross‑cultural and cross‑functional teams Demonstrated ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively and deliver in a complex, changing environment are highly desirable Experience in the insurance or financial services sector—particularly in environments with complex financial, regulatory, or operational models—will be highly regarded.
