As a Region Manager in the Commercial Bank, you will be leading our Emerging Middle Market and Mid-Corporate banking efforts across the Los Angeles Region. You will work with your team to drive revenue regionally by developing and growing profitable client relationships in collaboration with cross-functional and cross-line-of-business partners.
Job responsibilities
Lead a team of 30+ commercial bankers serving companies spanning a variety of industries with revenues of $20mm to $2bn.Drive revenue regionally by developing and growing profitable client relationships.Provide end-to-end leadership by partnering cross-functionally with banking, risk, compliance, legal, marketing, etc; in addition to other lines of business including Investment Banking and Asset Management.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum of ten years of banking and leadership experienceUnderstanding of Commercial Banking products and servicesKnowledge of the Los Angeles regionAbility to mobilize internal networks and resourcesFINRA securities licenses 79, 63 and 24 required for the roleManagement experience in a Commercial Bank setting, specifically leading cross-functional teams with a strong focus on business development.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred Strong leadership skillsSales management and business development skillsProficiency in building and maintaining strong client relationships and a positive team cultureExcellent verbal, written and listening communication skillsStrong creative solution and problem solving abilities
