Contract to Hire position$28.00 /hourThird Shift (06:00pm to 06:00am)Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation of production and storage facilities.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and calibration to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support facility operations, document service activities, and recommend system improvements.Refrigeration Technician Qualifications:
