Leverage your HVAC/R expertise to enhance action plans and mentor others using best practices. Execute HVAC/R service tasks by adhering to policies, collaborating with teams, and meeting deadlines. Build stakeholder relationships and enhance processes to support business solutions. Ensure compliance with HVAC/R regulations, including building codes and air quality, through inspections and repairs. Uphold company policies and promote ethical standards in daily operations and planning. Follow OSHA and EPA safety guidelines, including the proper handling of refrigerants. Submit necessary paperwork such as expense reports, work orders, and refrigerant logs. Manage HVAC/R inventory by tracking parts, refrigerant levels, and supplier relationships. Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems, EMS, and digital controls, while overseeing external service providers.

Proficiency in refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting.Experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.Possession of HVAC certification.EPA 608 Technician Certification.Strong problem-solving skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification.2 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls, or 4 years’ experience in related fields.Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role involves traveling domestically to and from multiple facilities or work-sites, requiring consecutive overnight stays. You will work or train at multiple facilities or distant locations. Extended travel, exceeding seven days, is only necessary for management training and emergency situations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of West Memphis, Arkansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $68640.00/yr.
•Performance bonus: based on manager review, 5% of their annual salary
•Sign on bonus is $2000; $1000 paid at 30 days and $1000 paid at 6 months of service
•All GM and HVAC technicians receive a vehicle and are allowed to take that vehicle home
•Must be open to local travel and potential travel for training purposes
•Cannot submit candidates who have applied in the past 30 days or failed the assessment in the past 90 days
•A Ramsey assessment will be completed during the interview with the hiring manager for all req’s opened July 8, 2025 and after
•Must have clean driving record
•Will submit to a background check
•10 panel drug screen will be performed
